A simple dish of noodles tossed with garlic, vegetables and any other ingredients of your choice, like mushrooms.

3 tbsp oil
3 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun) (lehsun)
3 dry red chillies , broken into pieces
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup finely sliced capsicum
1/2 cup chopped spring onions whites
3 cups boiled noodles
2 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste

For The Garnish
1/2 cup chopped spring onion greens

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over a high flame, add the garlic and dry red chillies and stir-fry for a few seconds.
  2. Add the cabbage, capsicum and spring onion whites and stir-fry over a high flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the noodles, soya sauce and salt. Mix well and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Serve immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
