An all time favourite! noodles tossed with garlic and vegetables or any other ingredients of your choice like mushrooms etc. This celebrated chinese dish gets its name from the chinese province of hakka. Restaurants in india do not add as much chilli as mentioned in this recipe, but we have stayed with the traditional recipe. Feel free to make it your way, if you are not fond of spicy food.
