Protein is essential in our diet as it carries out an important function of repair and maintenance of body cells and tissue. A deficiency of protein can lead to impaired growth in children and general deterioration in adults. A balanced diet should provide 15 to 20 % of our daily calories from protein.

Fruits and vegetables: Fruits and vegetables like cucumber, oranges, watermelon, papaya, chickoo, mint, spinach etc. are rich in fibre and nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E which help to have a glowing skin. Include the Cooling Cucumber Raita, in your meals everyday and you will see the results yourselves.
