3 cups milk
4 tbsp gulkand , refer handy tip
2 tbsp rose syrup
1 cup crushed ice

For The Garnish
a few chopped rose petals

  1. Combine all the ingredients together and blend in a mixer till smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantity of the drink into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately, garnished with rose petals.

Handy tip:

  1. Gulkand is made by marinating rose petals in sugar. It is a coolant and tastes great when used in ice-creams, milkshakes or any other desserts. It is readily available in the market. Store in an air-tight container in a dry place or in the refrigerator.
