Golden fried blobs made with a batter of flour and brown sugar. Ideal during rainy season.
- Make a better to mix flour brown sugar n water (like we make a better for pakoras)n leave it for half hour.
- Then boil some oil n fry the gulgulas as they be golden.
- Serve with mango pickle.
