Makes 10 pieces.


Ingredients


1 teacup roasted groundnuts, coarsely ground
3/4 cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
1/2 teacup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup chopped spinach (palak)
1 tablespoon warm oil
3 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
oil for cooking

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients and prepare a dough by adding enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into small portions.
  3. Shape to the desired size of tikkis.
  4. Shallow fry both sides on a non-stick tawa (griddle) with help of a little oil. Serve hot.
