Green tomatoes are blended with spring onions and garlic to provide the necessary flavours to make this healthy dip that is sure to be a hit when you're entertaining. The addition of coriander adds further to its taste while providing vitamins A and C. Enjoy this salsa with Baked Tortilla Chips or colourful vegetable crudités.

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and grind into a coarse mixture.
  2. Chill and serve with Baked Tortilla Chips.

Tips
  1. If the tomatoes are really sharp, add ½ sachet of sugar substitute.

Course, crunchy and goes great with tortillas. Nice subtle sourness to the salsa with a tinge of garlic and pleasant taste of spring onions. Very healthy and i could eat it with raw vegetables such as cucumbers or carrots.The Green Tomato Salsa can be used as an ideal accompaniment for a starter or tossed in large chunks into your tortillas.
