Ingredients

Method
  1. Put the ghee in a glass bowl and microwave on HIGH for 15 seconds.
  2. Add the cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, green chillies and chopped onion. Microwave on HIGH for about 2 minutes, stirring once in-between after 1 minute.
  3. Add the rice, green peas, 2 1/4 teacups of water and salt. Cover and microwave on HIGH for about 12-14 minutes, stirring once in-between after 5 to 6 minutes.

Tips
  1. Serve hot.
