This tempting dip made with spring onions spiked with ginger is one of my favourites. Try it and i am sure you will enjoy it too. This dip is served at room temperature but if you need to store it, then it needs to be refrigerated in an air-tight container.

Ingredients


1 cup finely chopped spring onions
3 tbsp ginger (adrak) , finely grated
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a metal bowl and mix well.
  2. Heat the oil to boiling point, pour over the spring onion mixture and mix well again.
  3. Allow it to cool completely and serve.

Tips
  1. Chop the spring onion green and whites separately and then mix them together.
