Ever popular green chutney adds spice and a zing to the recipes specially Ragda Patties, page 83. Bedsides being the taste enhancing ingredient in these recipes, this chutney is very good accompaniment for any snack. For those who unlike onions can avoid it or replace with 2 tablespoons daria (roasted chana dal), it gives good body to the chutney.
