Potatoes' skins come in the colours brown and their flesh may appear white or may reflect the colour of the skin.

Potatoes are used to make soups, salad, side dishes, french fries, wafers, straw potatoes, vegetable dishes, baked potatoes, pancakes, etc.
How to store:
Potatoes should be stored in a dry, cool place but not refrigerated.
