CARDAMOM POWDER

Description:
A tropical Asian plant from the ginger family which grows a pod or shell that containing a strand of 15 to 20 tiny seeds. The seeds are used whole as well as ground into a powder form, to provide a slightly sweet and minty or citrus-like flavour to food dishes.
