Ingredients

1/4 cup ginger (adrak) , scraped , peeled and roughly chopped
1/2 cup garlic (lehsun) , peeled and roughly chopped

Method
  1. Combine the ginger and garlic with 4 tbsp of water and blend in a mixer to a fine paste.

Handy tip

  1. This paste can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 days.
