This lovely red coloured juice has its own taste and flavour.... thanks to the unique taste of ginger. It is a sure shot winner with one and all! Watermelon, a vital fruit loaded with iron and is also an effective diuretic. Besides having the goodness of watermelon, this vitality juice also contains the miraculous power of 'gingerol', a substance present in ginger that dilates blood vessels and improves blood circulation

Ingredients


3 big watermelon slices with the seeds, cut into pieces
12 mm. (1/2") piece of ginger (adrak)
crushed ice to serve

Method

    HOPPER / JUICER

    1. Juice all the ingredients.
    2. Add some crushed ice in 2 glasses and pour the juice over it. Serve immediately.

    MIXER / BLENDER

    1. Blend all the ingredients using little water (if required) till smooth.
    2. Strain the juice using a strainer or a muslin cloth.
    3. Add some crushed ice in 2 glasses and pour the juice over it. Serve immediately.

    simple watermelon juice perked with ginger... This juice is not strained and hence the fibre remains intact.
