Ingredients

1 cup ginger (adrak) , scraped , peeled and roughly chopped
1/2 cup roughly chopped green chillies

Method
  1. Combine the ginger and green chillies with 3 tbsp water and blend in a mixer to a fine paste.

this paste is extremely tasty and also spicy due to the amount of chillies in this paste
