Geela Lehsun Chutney is a must-have ingredient if you wish to recreate the magic of Mumbai’s street food!
Made with garlic and chilli powder, this chutney is quick and easy to make, and lends its vibrant flavour to classic roadside recipes like Pav Bhaji and Bhel Puri .
You can make a batch of this chutney and store it in an airtight container for at least a week.
- Combine all the ingredients along with ¼ cup of water in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Store in an air-tight container and refrigerate. Use as required.
