Gazpacho is a cold Spanish tomato-based raw vegetable soup recipe with lots of vegetables added into the stock. A perfect cold soup recipe, gazpacho tastes superb, when served on a hot summer evening with a slice of toasted bread.

2 tbsp tomato puree
3 peeled and chopped cucumber
1 capsicum , chopped
2 yellow capsicums , chopped
1/2 onion , chopped
1/2 clove of garlic (lehsun)
1 ounce of Vegetable Stock
1 1/2 ounces of red wine vinegar
dash of hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup tomato puree
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder

1/4 small Jicama , cubed
1/4 small red capsicum , diced
1/4 small onion , cubes
chopped chives


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, except the garnish and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with garnish and serve.
