Useful during fasts. Mild seasoning enhances the gauva taste.
Method- Combine the curds, gauva, mint, salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat the ghee in a small pan add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add this to the curds and mix well.
- Serve immediately garnished with cashewnuts.
