You can make a similar nutritious roti by substituting gajar with other vegetables like patta gobi,onions etc.

Method



  1. Grate the gajar.
  2. Mix together with all the attas, powdered peanuts, and powdered masalas along with salt.
  3. Mix with dahi and make a dough with enough water.
  4. Add 1tsp oil and keep aside for 15mins.
  5. Now roll into rotis and roast well on both sides
  6. Add oil on both sides on the tava and eat it hot with dahi and chutney.
  7. This roti is a complete meal by itself and extremely nutritious especially for fussy children.
