A quick and easy version.
- In a glass bowl, combine the ghee and grated carrots. Cover with a lid and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
- Add the milk powder, sugar, cardamom powder and mix well. Cover with a lid and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with the sliced pistachios, cashewnuts and varq.
