Low –calorie sizzler, the sizzling sound is enough to fire up your appetite. I have replaced fat laden accompaniments like potato chips, rice and pasta with healthier options like sautéed moong, stuffed tomatoes and potatoes to enhance its nutritive value. The cutlets have been roasted instead of being fried to further reduce the calories. This healthy sizzler makes a balanced, wholesome meal by itself.
