Ripe, golden Alphonso mangoes contribute to the taste and texture of this rich dessert.

For the fruits
400 gms ripe bananas
400 gms strawberriesor 200 grams peaches
200 gms pineapple
200 gms figs (anjeer)

For the sauce
3/4 cup pulp of alphonso mango
2 tbsp fresh low fat curds

  1. For the fruits, slice banana and halve the strawberries.
  2. if you are suing peaches and pineapple, slice them. Halve the figs.
  3. For the sauce, mix the mango pulp and yoghurt very well.
  4. To proceed, pour the sauce over the fruits and keep in the refrigerator until you wish to serve.
