3/4 cup fresh curds (dahi)
3/4 cup chopped apples
1 cucumber , chopped
1/3 cup chopped raw cabbage
1 tsp sugar
1 chopped green chillies
2 tbsp cut grapes
salt to taste

  1. Beat the curds.
  2. Mixl the remaining ingredients.
  3. Put in the refrigerator to cool.
  4. Serve cold.
