Fruit and nut milkshake, a perfect evening snack for pregnant women, who are usually advised to have small and frequent meals. With 8 gm of protein per glass, this energy and nutrient dense drink will surely boost the growth of the foetus.

2 cups chilled milk
1 1/4 cups chopped banana
1/2 cup powdered mixed nuts
(almonds, walnuts , pistachios)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 cup crushed ice

For The Garnish
few slivers of almonds (badam) and pistachios

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately garnished with almonds and pistachios.
