For The Crust
1 cup crushed marie biscuits
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp sugar

For The Filling
1 packet raspberry jelly
1/2 cup grapes , cut into half
1/2 cup canned pineapple or roughly chopped strawberries
For the crust

  1. Combine the biscuits, butter and sugar very well and press evenly into a 150 mm. (7") diameter loose bottom flan tin.
  2. Refrigerate until firm.

For the filling

  1. Dissolve the jelly in 2½ cups of boiling water. Place over ice and stir continuously.
  2. When the jelly gets thicker, add the chopped fruit while stirring continuously.

How to proceed

  1. Pour the jelly mixture over the biscuit crust and refrigerate for approx. 2 hours or till firm.
  2. Serve chilled.
