A colourful and tempting dessert, that kids are sure to love. It’s fun to make and a joy to serve.
- Combine the biscuits, butter and sugar very well and press evenly into a 150 mm. (7") diameter loose bottom flan tin.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Dissolve the jelly in 2½ cups of boiling water. Place over ice and stir continuously.
- When the jelly gets thicker, add the chopped fruit while stirring continuously.
- Pour the jelly mixture over the biscuit crust and refrigerate for approx. 2 hours or till firm.
- Serve chilled.
