Method


    For the dressing:

    1. In a blender put all the salad ingredients including the herbs,mint, juice, salt and blend.
    2. Wash and chop/dice/slice fruit
    3. In a salad bowl, put all the fruit, drip dressing over fruit and lightly toss.
    4. Put in refrigerator to chill until serving; can be had without chilling also.
