Method

    For the batter

    1. Mix all the ingredients together and prepare a smooth batter.

    How to proceed

    1. Fill a metal fondue pot upto about half with oil and heat.
    2. Secure a piece of vegetable or fruit on a long fondue fork and dip into the batter, coating it completely.
    3. Cook in the heated oil until the batter is crisp and golden brown.
    4. Serve with mustard sauce or spicy chilli-garlic sauce or green garlic sauce. If you like, let your guests cook the fritters themselves.
