A simple soup fresh green peas.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Put 2 cups of water to boil.
  2. Crush the peas in a blender.
  3. Heat the butter and saute the onion.
  4. Add the peas, 2 cups of hot water, salt and pepper and simmer till the peas are tender.
  5. Add the cornflour mixed in 2 tablespoons of water and stir well.
  6. Serve hot.

Tips
  1. Use extremely tender peas for good results.

Green Peas gives you lots of fiber and anything that's green is good for you. The soup is thick and has a great mouth feel to it.
