Fresh Fruit with Poppy Seed Dressing

# any fresh fruit can be used but this is my favourite combination...
# try any other combination, but if you wish to use grapes and oranges in the same recipie,then don't add the oranges until ready to serve or the grapes will be extremely bitter......
# can use ordinary vinegar instead of raspberry flavoures one, but it will taste different....

1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp poppy seeds (khus-khus)
raspberry flavoured vinegar- 1 tbsp
1/4 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup raspberries
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
seedless red grapes- 1 cup
1 cup watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
1 cup blue berries
1 cup sliced plums


  1. In a blender or a food processer combine banana,orange juice,lime juice,poppy seeds,raspberry flavoured vinegar,olive oil,raspberries,salt,cayenne pepper,and puree them until smooth.
  2. Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Mix grapes,watermelon,strawberries,blueberries,and plums in a large salad mixing bowl .
  4. Pour dressing over fruit and toss properly to coat all pieces.
  5. Serve and enjoy wholesome goodness of fresh fruits......
