Ingredients

1 cup crushed ice
8 tbsp blue curacao syrup (non-alcoholic)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 bottles (300 ml) chilled soda water

For The Garnish
4 mixed fruits slice
4 cherries , with the stem

Method
  1. In a champagne flute, place ¼ cup of crushed ice.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of blue curacoa syrup and ½ tbsp lemon juice and stir using a stirrer.
  3. Repeat the steps 1 and 2 to make 3 more glasses.
  4. Top each glass with ½ bottle of soda water, and serve immediately garnished with a slice of orange and a cherry.
