Flavoured Tender Coconut Water

A very refreshing as well as economical drink which can be served in a jiffy so try it !!!

2 galsses of tender coconut
3 cardamoms (elaichi), crushed
3 drops rose essence
a few rose petals for garnishing
1 tbsp powdered sugar (or as desired)
1 tsp roasted aniseeds (vilayati saunf) powder


  1. Transfer the tender coconut water to a bowl.
  2. Add the cardamoms, rose essence, powdered aniseed and sugar. mix thoroughly with a spoon.
  3. Serve garnished with rose petals.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator and serve in tall glasses.
