This puris are very easy to make. It will be very tasty with tea, or with achaar or chutney. Can be store for atleast 10-12 days.

Ingredients


For The Dough
1 1/2 cups rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper (kalimirch)
1 tbsp vanaspati
salt to taste
water for atta

Other Ingredients
oil for deep-frying

Method
  1. Take a deep wide bowl, combine all the ingredients using enough of water to make a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough in to 20 equal balls.
  3. Roll out the dough into thin small round, using little flour for rolling.
  4. Heat the oil in kadhai and deep-fry the puris.
  5. Place all the puris on the absorbant paper to remove excess oil.
  6. Cool it and store in air-tight container.
