Method
  1. In a tall glass, add half the soaked garden cress and falooda sev and 2 tablespoons of rose syrup.
  2. Place a long stemmed spoon in the glass and pour 1 cup milk, very slowly, along the stem of the spoon, in order to separate the rose syrup layer from the milk.
  3. Add 3 to 4 ice cubes and serve.
  4. Repeat to make one more glass.
