For The Vegetables
3/4 cup boiled rajma (kidney beans)
1 1/2 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
3/4 cup chopped spring onions
3/4 cup shredded lettuce leaves

To Be Blended Together Into A Dressing
1 cup chopped ripe avocado
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
  2. Seve cold.

My 10 year old daughter could not stop eating this!!! She had this as a meal by itself.
