1. healty drink full of anti-oxidents.
2. need not be strained as vegetable fibre is very good for health.
- Wash and peel beetroot and carrots
- Wash apple and tomatoes
- Chop and put beetroot, carrots, apple and tomatoes in a blender and puree it.
- Avoid adding water. this juice will be thick
- Add lemon juice and black salt.
- Strain it if required.
- Serve immediately.
