This wonderful Italian way of preparing Eggless Mayonnaise is quick, easy and fabulously tasty. Take the perfect ingredients, mix them together and ta-da, there you have just what you need to add some zing to your dish.

You will surely enjoy the intensity of mustard and the pampering lusciousness of fresh cream and condensed milk in every mouthful!

Preparation Time:    Beating Time:  5 minutes    Makes 1 cup

1/2 cup fresh cream
2 tsp condensed milk
3/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) paste
salt and to taste
1 tsp vinegar

  1. Combine the fresh cream and condensed milk in a deep bowl and beat well using an electric beater for 2 minutes or till the mixture turns smooth.
  2. Add the oil gradually while continuously beating the fresh cream-condensed milk mixture for another 2 minutes or till the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  3. Add the mustard paste, salt, pepper powder and vinegar and beat again for 1 more minute.
  4. Use as required or store refrigerated till use.

Handy tip:

  1. Stays fresh for 2 days when refrigerated.

Wow.. I cant believe I could make mayonnaise at home and that too egg less..A mentioned in the recipe, it does stay fresh for 2 days, so its advisable to make that much quantity only which can stay for 2 days only..I had it in my coleslaw sandwich and it was a hit..Loved the slight sweetness from the condensed milk and sourness from the mustard paste..Everyone should definitely try it out..

Wohoo!! making mayonnaise at home and that to eggless, just the correct thing that I wanted..It requires a lot of oil but making It I realized, it was required as thats what gives a mayonnaise texture when beaten..The creamy and tang of mayo was too good for a homemade version..
