Ingredients


2 cups ricotta cheese
2 tbsp butter
3 cups of Carnation Dry Milk powder

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan. add the ricotta cheese, cook it for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the butter and milk powder.
  3. Keep on stirring constantly, until it reaches a thick consistency. ("khoya" consistency) , about 7 to 8 minutes on medium heat.
  4. It will be ready to use for your favorite recipes
