Other Ingredients
1/2 cup small sliced carrots , boiled
1/2 cup peas , boiled
1/2 cup cauliflower , boiled
1 cup diced potatoes , boiled
1/2 cup chopped french beans , boiled
2 tsp olive oil
ready made jar of pasta sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups pasta , boiled

For The White Sauce :
1 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
a pinch of salt
pinch of dried oregano

For the white sauce :

  1. Heat the butter in a pan , add the maida and stir for a while add the milk and stir continuously so that no lumps should be formed.
  2. Add the salt and oregeno and mix well. Keep aside.

How to proceed

  1. Add the pasta to the white sauce and mix well.
  2. Combine the carrots, green peas, cauliflower, french beans and potatoes in a deep bowl, add 1 tsp olive oil and mix well.
  3. Heat the mixture, add the pasta sauce and mix well. Keep aside.
  4. Grease the baking dish with 1 tsp olive oil.
  5. Spread a layer of vegetables at the bottom, then spread a layer of pasta and a layer of cheese.
  6. Again spread a layer of vegetables, pasta and cheese and cover the baking dish with a foil.
  7. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 mins or until the cheese is melted at 350f.
  8. Serve hot.
