Drumstick leave dal is a traditional lentil preparation with drumstick leaves added. The mouthwatering dal recipe is tempered with mustard seeds and red chillies and garnished with freshly grated coconut.

Method
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the cumin seeds and crushed garlic and saute for few seconds.
  3. Add the steamed leaves and dal, mix well and cook the mxtue becomes dry.
  4. Serve with chapatis or roti.
