A mouth-watering presentation of dosas rolled up with scrumptious potato bhaji, slit diagonally, and topped with soothing coconut sauce. Incidentally, it is not just the masaledar potato bhaji that adds flavour to the Dosa Lasagne, but also the coconut sauce, which features a unique blend of coconut milk with green chillies, lemon juice, and so on. Spend a few seconds savouring the myriad flavours in each mouthful of this unique preparation! It is an experience you will cherish.
- Place a dosa on a clean, dry surface and spread ¼th of the potato bhaji in a single row in the centre of the dosa and roll it up tightly. Cut the stuffed dosa diagonally into 2.
- Repeat step 1 to stuff 3 more dosas. Keep aside.
- Just before serving, pour ¼ cup of coconut sauce in a big baking flat dish , place the diagonally cut dosas on it and finally pour the remaining ¾ cup of sauce evenly over it and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºc (360ºf) for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
