Dosa Lasagne

An innovative way of using left-over dosas and masala bhaji.

Ingredients


2 leftover dosas
1 cup Potato Bhaji
1 recipe Coconut Sauce
salt to taste
oil for greasing

Method
  1. Grease a rectangular tin of 170 mm. x 120 mm. x 60 mm. (6 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/4")
  2. Cut the dosas into thick strips and soak them in the coconut sauce.
  3. Put one dosa at the base of the tin.
  4. Spread half the potato bhaji on it and top with a ladle full of the coconut sauce.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree C (350 degree F) for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly, unmould and cut into slices.
  8. Serve hot.
