A simple and tempting egoless mayonnaise recipe at tarladalal.com. A vegetarian favorite, egoless mayonnaise is prepared from milk powder and can be used as a dip or dressing.

Ingredients:
1 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
200 gms milk powder
1 1/4 cups olive oil
2 tbsp white vinegar

Method


    Method:

    1. Put mustard in a bowl.
    2. Add sugar, salt, milk, pepper, and mix.
    3. Add oil little by little to mix completely.
    4. Add vinegar, mix till thickened.
    5. Check seasoning and adjust as required.
    6. Refrigerate, and use as regular mayonnaise.
    7. Shelflife: 2 weeks refrigerated
