Dill Leaves Ke Pakode recipe - How to make Dill Leaves Ke Pakode

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 5 to 6 servings

1 cup chopped dill
2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
pinch soda bi carb
2 green chillies , finely chopped
1 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
1 tsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)
oil for deep frying
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add enough water to make a batter for pouring consistency.
  3. Add 2 tsp of hot oil and mix well.
  4. Heat the oil in kadhai and put small portions of batter in form of pakodas and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
  5. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
