you may wonder how you can detect hypoglycemia. The most common signs and symptoms
of a hypoglycemic are as listed below |

| Severe
headache early in the morning. |

sweating and palpitations. |

dissolved in a glass of water or any other sweetened beverage.
Why
does hypoglycemia occur?
| Overdose
of medication; i.e. if you have too many pills or over dosage of insulin. |
| Delay
in regular meal times or skipping one or more meals or a snack. |
| Overexertion.
In other words, if you exercise more than normal, are stressed out or overworked.
Any kind of exertion that one is not accustomed to on a daily basis. |
| Consumption
of alcohol on an empty stomach or when you already have low blood sugar levels. |
Hyperglycemia (High
Blood Sugar Levels)
This
is a condition when the blood sugar levels are much higher than normal. Such uncontrolled
diabetes can be fatal if it is not managed correctly or treated on time. It occurs
only when the prescribed medication has not been taken or when the person is ill
or undergoing severe stress. The unutilized blood sugar has the following effects
on our body.
