Method
  1. You can take walnuts, almonds, raisins, pistachios, cashewnuts as mixed dry fruits.
  2. Heat the butter in an open pan, add the condensed milk and dates and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Remove from the fire, add the dry fruits, saffron and cardamom powder. Mix well. Shape into a roll.
  4. Sprinkle icing sugar on a piece of greaseproof paper. Place the dry fruit roll on it and roll tightly into a cylindrical shape.
  5. Put to set in the refrigerator.
  6. Cut into thick slices and serve.
