20 mini pizza base , readily available
1/2 cup grated mozzrella cheese
1 tbsp olive oil

To Be Mixed Together For The Olive and Cherry Tomato Relish
1/2 cup sliced green olives
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

  1. Place the pizza bases in a greased baking tray, brush with olive oil and bake in a pre0heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for a few minutes or till they turn golden brown.
  2. Spoon a little olive and cherry tomato relish on each pizza base and top with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 3 to 4 minutes or till the cheese melts.
  4. Serve hot.
