If the fish will be uncooked & marinate in it will be more tasty..
if u will add white mustard paste then it will be more tasty.
if u will marinate it min. 30min. then its good...
fish should be fresh. not frozen
- First wash & drain the fish.thenmarinate with all ingr. & keep aside for 1/2 hrs.then cook it in karhahi on low flame till fish is cooked(if it need more water , then add)(fish should be marinated uncooked)then keep aside...
- Take musterd oil in pan add red chilli,mustard seed,garlic,& add to the fish curry...serve hot with rice
