  1. combine the curds and besan and whisk well.
  2. Add the 4 cups water and mix well.
  3. Add the ginger-green chilli paste, sugar, salt and ladies finger and mix well and bring to boil.
  4. In another pan, heat the ghee and add the cloves ans saute for 20 seconds.
  5. Add the fenugreek and cumin seeds and saute for 10 seconds.
  6. Add the asafeotida and pour the tempering on the kadhi and mix well.
  7. Cool for 20-25 minutes and serve hot.
