Bhel literally means a "mixture". Dahi bhel is another mixture recipe - a mixture of papadis and potatoes, along with the goodness of beans, curds and of course a melange of chutneys. Tasty, crunchy and chatpata!

Makes 3 to 4 servings
- Mix the crushed papadis, potato, raw mango, kabuli chana, meethi soonth, green chutney and curds in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the cumin seed powder, chilli powder and chaat masala on top.
- Serve immediately.
