Ingredients

3 to 4 fistful of thin beaten rice (poha)
4 to 5 green chillies, finely chopped
bunch of coriander (dhania) leaves
3 medium onions, finely chopped
1/2 coconut, grated
coconut milk
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
sugar and salt to taste
1/2 cup milk
Method

  1. Take the pohe into a kadhai or large dish.
  2. Chop the onions finely and cut the coriander and chop the green chillies finely.
  3. Add the above cut stuff to the pohe in the kadhai/dish.
  4. To this add the scrapped coconut and the coconut water to moist the pohe.
  5. Add lemon juice, sugar and salt to get some great tangy taste.
  6. If there is no coconut water or it is not enough to make the pohe real soft, add some milk to the pohe and mix well.
  7. Keep the mixture for a few mins. and then serve.
