Dabka ni kadhi is a delicious kadhi recipe with bhajias made from dals simmered in a tangy buttermilk based kadhi or curry. Enjoy with rice.
- Soak both the dals for atleast 5-6hrs.
- Grind both the dal in to paste and keep aside.
- Put salt,soda bi-carb in the dal paste.
- Then take the curd,gramflour and blend it well with the blender and
- Add salt and turmeric powder to it.
- When the kadhi comes to boil then put small bhajias of the dal and
- Let it cook till they are soft and cooked.
- Serve in the bowl and add dhaniajeera powder,red chiili powder and a
- 1tsp of oil.
- Serve hot with bajra roti.
